This application allows you to mirror the screen and audio of your iPhone or iPad to your Roku device. It is compatible with all Roku Streaming Players, Roku Sticks, and Roku TVs from various manufacturers.

While using the app, there may be a short delay of a few seconds, making it unsuitable for gaming. However, it is highly suitable for activities like watching movies, giving presentations, and viewing photos.

Here's how the app works:

1. Ensure that your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same local network as your Roku.
2. Launch the Mirror for Roku app and let it search for your Roku device(s) on the network. Select your Roku Player, Stick, or TV when it is found. If you are using the app for the first time, your Roku will prompt you to install the Mirror for Roku receiver by selecting "Add Channel".
3. Enable notifications for this app to receive important updates about your Roku's functionality. This will help you troubleshoot if anything goes wrong.
4. Click on "Start Mirroring" to begin mirroring on the selected Roku device. Once activated, you can switch to any other app on your iPhone or iPad, and the mirroring will continue.
5. To stop mirroring, you have two options: (1) tap on the red top bar on your iPhone or iPad, or (2) go to the Mirror for Roku app and click on "Stop Mirroring".

Limitations and known issues:

• DRM: Some apps may block screen mirroring based on their own policies. Apps like Netflix, Disney, and AppleTV+ have chosen to block screen mirroring.

To check if an app allows screen mirroring, you can perform a simple test:

1. Open the app you want to mirror and swipe up to access Control Center on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on "Screen Recording" and start recording the screen to your Camera Roll.
3. Watch the recording and if the app you want to mirror is visible, it means screen mirroring works for that app. If the recording is empty, the app does not allow screen mirroring.

The Pro Version of Mirror for Roku, available as an in-app purchase, offers additional features:

• Adds audio to the screen mirroring.
• Provides free lifetime updates of the app.
• Allows higher screen resolutions, such as 720p and 1080p.

Please note that payment for the Pro Version will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. Unused portions of any free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
